Introduction

The TCXC team is excited to share some of the highlights of our 2023 roadmap, which includes plans to integrate AI and machine learning technology to enhance the automated rate sheet import process. This is just one of the many exciting developments we have in store for the coming year, and we can’t wait to share more details with you in the near future.

AI and Machine Learning to Play Key Role in TCXC’s 2023 Plans

In 2023, the TCXC team will be focusing on integrating AI and machine learning into their platform to enhance and solve specific problems. Using AI and ML will allow us improve the automated rate sheet import process, enabling the platform to more easily handle rate sheets from various telecom operators, whether they are received via email or uploaded directly from the TCXC Carrier Digital Portal. This investment in AI/ML technology is a key part of the team’s roadmap for the coming year and will help to improve the overall functionality and efficiency of the platform.

We are incorporating AI and ML into our product because we believe that the technology has reached a level of maturity and is suitable for addressing the challenges faced by our users.

TCXC SMPP Stack strategy in 2023

TCXC’s SMPP Go Architecture is capable of handling thousands of additional messages per second compared to the previous SMPP stack architecture.

In 2023, TCXC will be doubling down on the stability of their Go-powered SMPP stack components. This will involve implementing various measures to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of these components, as well as addressing any potential issues that may arise. By prioritizing the stability of their SMPP stack, TCXC hopes to provide their customers with a more reliable and efficient platform.

The benefits of using Go for the SMPP stack are clear: its simplicity and efficiency make it ideal for developing large-scale, high-performance systems. In addition, Go’s built-in concurrency model allows developers to easily write programs that can take advantage of multiple cores and execute multiple tasks simultaneously. This makes it the perfect choice for building scalable, reliable systems for the telecom industry. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to take your telecom operations to the next level with TCXC’s SMPP stack.

TCXC is optimizing its stack for additional cloud environments

In 2022, TCXC optimized its platform to run on popular cloud providers like AWS and private clouds using OpenStack. In 2023, TCXC plans to break down the monolithic design of its platform, gradually moving towards a micro-services architecture. This will allow TCXC to support a wider range of cloud environments, including Ubuntu MaaS (Metal as a Service) an open-source platform that simplifies the deployment, management, and scaling of physical and virtual infrastructure.

Micro-services architecture is a way of building big, complicated computer programs out of lots of little pieces. Each piece does one special job, and they all work together to make the whole program work. This makes it easier to build and fix the program, because you can work on one piece at a time instead of trying to change the whole thing all at once.

Containerization Plans

In 2023, TCXC plans to gradually support containerization in its core stacks (SIP, SMPP, AAA, API). This means that we will be making changes to our platform to make it easier to run our software components inside containers. Containers are a way of packaging software so that it can be easily moved from one computer to another and run in any environment, without the need to install or configure anything on the host system. This makes it easier to deploy and manage applications, especially in cloud environments.

One of the key benefits of using containers is that they allow for greater modularity and flexibility. Instead of building a monolithic application, developers can create a set of independent, modular components that can be run inside containers. This makes it easier to develop, test, and deploy individual components, and allows for greater scalability and portability. Container technology is particularly well-suited for building cloud-native applications, where it is important to be able to quickly and easily deploy and scale applications in response to changing demands

On Partnerships

At TCXC, we highly value and appreciate the partnerships we have established, both old and new. These partnerships are crucial to our success and we are grateful for the support and collaboration they provide.

In addition to valuing our existing partnerships, we also remain flexible and open to new strategic partnerships with other solution developers and telecom operators. We believe that collaboration and cooperation are essential to driving innovation and growth, and we are always looking for opportunities to work with like-minded organizations.
