Dear New Members,

We noticed a bit of confusion from some new members which effects the experience of utilizing the service for some users so we wanted to clear a few points.

Route Types:

CLI : Highest quality possible offered by the seller which usually is sold at higher price vs other types and it’s suppose to deliver CLID to the caller number as sent by your equipment.

TDM: Mid level price, Mid level quality , No guarantee in delivering clid to called number.

NCLI: Lowest possible price, not guaranteed quality.

NA/Viber: Viber Route only terminates on-net to registered Viber users, if the number is not online with Viber it will return a 503 service unavailable sip error so you can reroute to next carrier in your list.

P.S: if your a PBX, CallCenter or Business user please avoid using TDM, NA and NCLI completely if your seeking high quality termination.

TelecomsXChange Routes:

You may noticed a routes offered by TelecomsXChange (CLI, TDM) these are staff picked routes from several carriers on the exchange that we believe are performing best per region vs the others and if your equity menu doesn’t support failover we recommend it as these routes have several failover carriers for redundancy, incase all fail we will send you 503 to route to your own failover provider.

Communication:

TelecomsXChange is Open and doesn’t hide contact details and believes that buyer and seller should directly communicate to cut down support response times, unfortunately some carriers/sellers do not respond in a quick manner or want to be contacted by many different buyers therefore you can contact our help desk and we will escalate the issue to them with urgent priority, if they still didn’t resolve or respond we will simply kick them out of the platform within 10 days if no response is received.

Route Testing:

TelecomsXChange tests and verify working routes before they become visible on market view, however carriers and termination might go out of service after that and we might not catch it before you do, as a community members when you report to us we help solve it with carrier so the next caller doesn’t suffer from Service unavailablity next time they call.

Thank you very much for reading and we hope this clearfies some points that some of you might’ve been unsure about.

Payments:

There is no minimum or maximum amount you need to pay to use the service or any commitment, you can top-up any amount you want that you feel comfortable with to use the service and incase it didn’t work out for you, please contact billing@telecomsxchange.com and any remaining funds will be immediately refunded to you without any hassle.

Carriers:

We try to bring every carrier out there to join our platform which requires paper work, prepayment and many other factors before it finally can be available for you easily and quickly, However you may notice some carriers listed and not showing any routes for different reasons like :

  1. Carrier route not ready for production
  2. Carrier agreement and deployment is still pending
  3. Carrier no longer is available due to lack of demand on their routes
  4. Carrier is onboard but decides to only do private exchange with certain members

You can always reach out to us if you have long term need for a specific carrier and we will turn them up ASAP.
