How does it work ?

First, user (WordPress Admin) installs the TelecomsXChange plugin and enters their credentials intro the TelecomsXChange settings page In WordPress admin panel. In the settings page the admin will be able to define the carrier he wants calls to connect to (e.g Verizon, TATA, IDT, STC ….)
Second the user will define the phone number that they want to receive calls on (e.g Call Center, Help Desk, individual etc…)
Third the WordPress admin can now use TelecomsXChange short Code “tcxc-button” in any of their pages or posts (products page, contact us page etc…) and that will show a Click2Call button where the website visitor will enter their phone number to be connected to Service provider.
That’s it ! Now WordPress website visitors can instantly request a callback and they will instantly be connected to the service provider phone sales or support Team.

Once button is clicked the user will be prompted to enter their phone number:
Once they do the call will first connect to company number then to the once company agent picks up it’ll connect to customer.
